- Back in April, we went through American Home Shield to have some of our electrical looked at. They sent our claim to Crown Electric. Initially we had some issues- mainly communication. Our claim wasn’t even put through to AHS until a month later by the original tech who came out. I had called every week for nearly a month to get some sort of answer/resolution out of Crown to no avail. FINALLY, after my 4th week of calling I was rescheduled for someone to come out and reevaluate. Ryan was here for nearly 2 hours troubleshooting until he finally found the root of our electrical issue. Although the communication from the office is subpar, Ryan did a fantastic job, had a great personality and helped us understand the issue!
